FAQ #2 at Job Interview

Question # 2: Why did you leave your last job?

You must still be positive even if your previous work environment as very unpleasant. Do not ever tell again the previous problem. Also, do not ever talk about management flaws and your supervisor.

If you do this you will be judged poorly by the interviewer.

Give positive reasons why you left previous job, for example; you are looking for opportunities for career development and other reasons are oriented to the future.
