FAQ #15 - 19 at Job Interview

Question # 15: What motivates you to do your best on the job?
You are the most know what the motivation can make you do the best for this job. Perhaps your motivation based on challenges, work performance to be achieved or the awards you are going to be.

Question # 16: Are you willing to work overtime?
The answer depends on you and should tell the truth.

Question # 17: Would you be willing to relocate if required?
You should prepare yourself before the interview and should be discussed first with your partner when such questions arise.

Do not say YES if you want to say NO, because this will hinder your career in the future.

Question # 18: Describe your management style.
Do not ever say that you are using a progressive style and the style consensus. Better to use the situational style because it can be applied to all situations.

Question # 19: What have you learned from mistakes on the job?
You've made a small mistake on the job, but tell that you get great benefits from it.
