Question # 26: Have you ever been asked to leave a position?
If you have never, answer NO. But if ever, be honest and say short, avoid talking about the negative things about co-workers, bosses or the company.
Question # 27: Tell me about suggestion you have made.
Prepare one (1) examples of advice you've ever done and accepted, then the advice it worked.
Question # 28: What are you looking for in a job?
You can say that very much wanted this job because the appropriate expertise and experience possessed. Say you also want a conducive working environment and corporate support for employee self-development progress.
Question # 29: Tell me about resolving a dispute between others.
Give an example of a specific event. Describe the details of problem solving techniques, rather than discuss the matter.
Question # 30: What qualities do you look for in a boss?
Give a general answer and positive about the boss you want, such as: the boss who has extensive knowledge, vision and a clear mission, can do justice to the subordinates.
Question # 31: Do you have any question for me?
You should prepare one or two questions before the interview begins work. For example: Does the company have a scholarship program for employees? or project you can do when hired by the company?
