What exactly is the essence of this word?
My friend said; Career is:
Initial Stage: We are able to do work that could be done by someone else.
Stage Two: We are able to do a difficult job that can not be done by someone else.
Stage Three: We are able to do work that no other person can do.
Therefore, we receive a salary in accordance with these stages.
We can do evaluation on the stage where we are today?
