Job Interview 3

After perusal our resume, recruiters will identify our weaknesses.

We have to prepare a positive explanation when the interviewer found weaknesses in the resume that we make.

The interviewer wants a candidate who had a positive attitude, then we have to convey all the evidence honestly.

Practical experiences and educational background and expertise related to the position of the proposed job must be explained. Also give examples of work experience we have done.

Show similarities with the interviewer's thoughts and if he likes you, it will be a chance for success.
